Many times modification of existing equipment is advantageous. We can assess your current setup for possibilities that might include extending out reach, increasing lift capacity, updating mechanical components, converting main power sources, modernizing controls, and increasing speeds.

We inspect all electrical, hydraulic and machinery systems, and all structural components and rigging. If components cannot be readily disassembled, we will use non-destructive methods such as dye penetrant or ultrasonic testing. We check for wear, stretch, distortion, fatigue, and proper calibration. Once the inspection is complete, we document compliance or prepare a detailed list of deficiencies and recommendations for bringing your equipment into compliance.

Our in-plant crane inspection program offers you the opportunity to train your personnel in proper testing techniques and proper documentation procedures, so that they may carry out your testing program. Our training program meets all OSHA standards and accreditation requirements and is tailored to focus on the equipment you operate.
